MedTrack™ is an automated software system used to track surgical equipment repairs. MedTrack™ provides real-time access to instrument information during the repair management process. TRE is the only repair company that is fully automated from the point of service through billing.
This "value added" product is available to contract TRE customers participating in the Total Repair Management Program. MedTrack™ instrument tracking features include automated invoicing, out-for-repair tracking, warranty tracking, loaner tracking, and inventory and maintenance schedules. Additionally, it will provide the following financial analysis reports:
- Warranty Tracking
- Tray Inventory
- Preventative Maintenance Schedules
- Detailed Repair Reports
- Financial expenditures (month to date, year to date) by surgical service, department, and specialty
- Trend analysis
- MedTrack™ software requires a computer with automated dial-up capability and a telephone line connection
